Mankato Home Organizing Hands-On Home Organizing Sessions

We spend a lifetime accumulating stuff. When that stuff becomes overwhelming, that is where Creating Comfort LLC comes in… We help you recapture your joy by defining what is important to you.

Who are our ideal clients? They include:

  • Empty nesters looking to downsize

  • Anyone preparing to move from their current home
  • Family members who have experienced a family death and need to liquidate their loved ones’ assets
  • People who are overwhelmed with their accumulation of stuff and don’t know where to begin

Let’s Work Together

We will work side-by-side to tackle your organizing project. We begin with a short on-site assessment to see your space and discuss your needs. If you’d like to continue, you will receive a written strategic plan/contract that details your goals.

Then, we work together in a three-hour session(s) to sort, declutter, organize, and find the perfect spaces for everything you keep. You will use your strengths to achieve your goals, and we will celebrate the gains along the way.

Each session includes taking a carload of items to an area thrift store upon request.  There will be homework assignments between sessions.

We will request a 50% deposit upon scheduling an appointment, with the remainder due at the end of the session.

Let Us Do The Work

Don’t have the time, energy, or desire to do the work? Have Creating Comfort LLC tackle it for you! This option includes a written strategic plan/contract that details your goals. Following that, you will get us started on the project area for that day, and stay on-site during our session. But we will do the majority of the hands-on work for you. You are free to use this time as you wish! Please note that you will be consulted to assist with keep/toss decisions. Each session includes taking a carload of items to an area thrift store upon request.

Pricing

  • Home Organizing By the Session: 3 Hours at $65/hour
  • Home Organizing Package Pricing: 15 hours at $60/hour

We will request a 50% deposit upon scheduling an appointment, with the remainder due at the end of the session.
